9.IP55 water-resistance only applies to the earbuds, and charging case is not rated waterproof. OpenFit 2 is resistant to sweat and water splashes, suitable for non-aquatic sports and activities. Under specific testing conditions, its waterproof performance has reached the IP55 level based on the IEC 60529 standard. The sweat and waterproof capability is not permanent and may decrease over time due to wear and tear. DO NOT charge a wet OpenFit 2, nor swim or shower with it.
10.Drawing insights from the Shokz Lab's experiments simulating scenarios like crossroad, aligning the dual microphones to this position yields an average signal-to-noise ratio improvement of 51dB when the artificial head experiences a sound pressure level of 65-72dB(A). This translates to a 99.97% reduction in environmental noise.
